Master of Science in Nursing in Education and Leadership

A CCNE-accredited online MSN in Nursing Education and Leadership degree from Carlow University prepares students to be change-makers in a variety of roles with two areas of concentration unique to a Carlow MSN. Students can graduate in as few as 15 months ready to become leaders in both education and administration.

The program is delivered entirely online and offers unique interactions with faculty and peers via assignments and course deliverables. Students also complete a capstone internship in both education and leadership, during which they address real and current quality improvement needs through service and compassion through academic partnerships.

Upon completion, graduates will be able to demonstrate leadership skills when advocating for patients, families and communities; collaborate as members of interdisciplinary teams; evaluate approaches to healthcare delivery; assimilate ethical, legal and practice standards into healthcare settings; and more. Those who finish our program go on to work as directors of healthcare facilities, faculty in nursing programs, insurance executives and program directors, as well as many other in-demand roles.
