The Postgraduate Certificate in Occupational Medicine (PGCertOccMed) is a one-year, part-time, distance-taught program that provides core competencies for medical practitioners who provide occupational health services at a non-specialist level. It is particularly suitable for General Practitioners, Family Doctors, Internal Medicine Specialists, Neurologists etc. who consult on health and wellbeing and the workplace.

The Occupational Therapy Assistant Program's mission at the Community College of Rhode Island is to prepare students for successful completion of the NBCOT certification examination, obtain state licensure, and gain employment as Occupational Therapist Assistants in various health care settings, working with diverse patient populations.

Welcome to the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) credential in obstetric medicine. It has been designed for post-CCT (or equivalent) physicians with an interest in obstetric medicine, who wish to gain a credential in this specialist area. This is a learner-led credential. You will need to plan your own learning and identify opportunities to gain the knowledge and expertise required to complete the credential.

The Faculty of Medicine was first established in 1867, so that, according to the decree accompanying this decision, “the existing departments of the secondary school of medicine became faculty departments starting with the 1867-1868 academic year”, and “the tenured professors of these departments holding the academic title of Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) became faculty professors”.
